Granahan & Sons Construction is a second generation family owned business and has been a licensed representative of Pacific Modern Homes, Inc., since 1996.

Our home kit packages are the most cost effective method of construction. A framing package allows you to be an owner-builder and in control of the construction of your dream home. You may do some or all of the work, or hire sub-contractors directly to keep your building costs down. Since the walls panels are constructed in a factory controlled environment, you have a higher quality of building materials and less job waste. Panelized wall framing allows for a shorter construction time frame and reduces the downtime from inclement weather.
